We stand behind our products 100%. If your purchase arrives damaged or defective please notify us within 3 business days and we will replace or exchange the items at no cost to you. Please be specific when reporting damaged items, photos of the shipping box may be required ( if damage is due to shipping )

Lost / Stolen Packages
All packages sent out of our shipping center are shipped with a tracking #. If the a package does not arrive at the destination within a 10 business day window of the estimated time of arrival we will resend another shipment at no cost to you.

Returning unwanted items
While we try our best to take the best quality more accurate photos of our products. Sometimes the reality just doesn’t quite meet the imagination. If for some reason you are unhappy with the quality of the product you receive, contact us within 5 business days and we will send a call tag to have the items returned to us.

Address Corrections
If your package is mis-delivered due to a mistake on our end – we will reship / reroute the package to you at no cost to you. If the mistake in not on our end there may be an additional shipping charge added.

Missed Delivery Attempts
Our shipping carriers will attempt to make a delivery to the shipping address up to 3 times. After 3 failed attempts, the package will be considered refused and returned back to our shipping department. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee + any and all shipping costs related to the shipment if the order is cancelled after the shipment has been processed.
