COD Fees – All COD shipments are charged a COD fee per box on shipment. The Fee is based on the carrier rate. Roughly $11 per box.

Carriers – By default we ship most shipments via UPS Ground. For AK and HI customers we ship USPS Air Mail. Larger shipments 4 boxes + we will use LTL freight shipping carriers.

Shipping Transit Times – We ship from Southern California so ground shipments can take up to 7 business days to get to the East Coast, Air Shipments can take up to 5 business days. LTL Truck Freight can take up to 10 business days.

Lead Times – We process and ship out most orders within 72 hours. If you need a longer or shorter shipping lead time please speak to your sales representative so we can accommodate your needs

Shipping Fees – We charge you what we get charged plus a small handling/packing fee to cover our packing supplies. We ship in bulk so we have deep discounts with shipping carriers. We pass those savings onto you.
